Nowadays, many workers engaged in mechanical processing wear gloves on their hands when working, in order to prevent the flash or iron chips on the edge of the product from cutting their hands. It is true that people who do machining work don’t earn much, and they end up with a lot of oil, iron chips, and scars from burrs on their hands. But no one does it.
I remember that in the early years, the workers who worked in the factory were specially equipped with a pair of iron-toed labor insurance shoes by the boss. When going to work, all workers had to wear work caps, work clothes, and iron-toed labor insurance shoes on their feet. If you don’t wear it, you will be fined every time you find it.
But today’s private small factories and workshops have no iron shoes, work clothes, and work caps. Usually, workers only have a pair of gauze gloves when they go to work. The things that should be used have never been used, and the things that should not be used have always been there. that’s really inappropriate
But still, job security is no joke. High-speed rotating machining is absolutely not allowed to wear gloves.
Wearing gloves is very dangerous when operating a milling machine. The gloves were tightly entangled as soon as they touched the machine. If the gloves were worn by people, the fingers of the people would also be involved.
Therefore, keep in mind that wearing gloves to operate rotating machinery is extremely risky, and it is extremely prone to the danger of hand twisting. Not wearing gloves can cause some skin trauma, but wearing gloves has more serious consequences.
