Automatic Production Line of Double-end CNC Lathe For The Axle

We have developed the SCK309S series of double-end CNC lathes for automobile axles and train axles. In order to solve the problem of loading and unloading axles, we have specially introduced this automatic unit for customers to choose.

It consists of SCK309S series axle CNC lathe + automatic feeding device + jacking transplanting mechanism + loading bin + loading bin.

 

Machine:

Automatic feeding device:

The feeding device is an integrated layout of machine, electricity and liquid, and the operation adopts the hand pulse type, which is convenient for docking and debugging with the Twin Spindle CNC Lathe.

The feeding device adopts double-station arrangement, which can effectively reduce the floor space and improve the time of loading and unloading; and has a water control structure. For the hollow type axle, the water existing in the workpiece during the turning process can be controlled and led back. The twin spindle CNC Lathe not only saves the loss of cutting fluid, but also avoids spilling in the workshop during material transportation. It is especially suitable for automatic loading and unloading of axle-type workpieces, especially for hollow axle parts.

Lifting mechanism: manually adjust the jack to achieve the alignment of different specifications of the workpiece;

One feeding mechanism: variable frequency motor drive, the workpiece is conveyed once by gear rack transmission;

The secondary feeding mechanism is driven by a servo motor, and the workpiece is subjected to secondary conveying by means of a timing belt driven synchronous belt;

Turning mechanism: using a hydraulic cylinder to drive the flap device to flip the workpiece onto the drain bracket;

Drainage mechanism: Through the cylinder, the drainage bracket is swung to a certain angle for a period of time, and the cutting fluid inside the workpiece is discharged and led back to the double spindle CNC lathe;

Loading bin + unloading bin: respectively located on both sides of the automatic feeding device, the axle is fed into and sent out by the jacking transplanting mechanism.
