Therefore, from the perspective of machining accuracy selection, ordinary CNC horizontal lathes can meet the machining needs of most parts. For parts with higher precision requirements, a precision CNC horizontal lathe should be considered.
The CNC horizontal lathe is mainly composed of a headstock, a grinding wheel frame, a tailstock, and a worktable in the production process. The CNC machining bed uses large round holes and shark fin-shaped ribs. After long-term use, the machine tool has good dynamic and static stiffness. The table of CNC horizontal lathe can be divided into upper and lower table to grind the conical surface. The base of the machine tool and the guide rail of the worktable are made of plastic guide rail, with a small friction coefficient. The worktable is directly driven by the servo motor to make the ball screw move, and the movement is stable and reliable. The grinding head bearing is a three-piece hydrodynamic bearing with a large wrap angle and high rotation accuracy.
