I.High Rigidity Structure Configuration
X-axis Design: Adopts a full-stroke rail support design, greatly enhancing structural stability and anti-vibration performance. The X/Y axes use Taiwan high-rigidity, high-precision roller-type linear guideways, and the Z-axis uses high-precision roller types to provide high rigidity while maintaining strong response characteristics.
Dual Rail Wide Span Design: The X-axis uses high-load, high-rigidity, high-precision roller-type linear guideways with a dual-rail wide-span design, increasing the load-bearing span of the worktable, effectively enhancing the worktable's load capacity, the dynamic level accuracy of workpieces, and providing excellent feed rigidity.
Main Structural Component Materials: All main structural components are made of high-grade, high-strength Meehanite cast iron. All main structural components undergo heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring excellent rigidity and long-lasting precision.
Environmental Protection Design: The oil-water separation structure design allows for centralized collection of guideway oil, meeting environmental protection requirements and extending the service life of the cutting coolant.
Base Design: The base adopts a box-type structure with high-rigidity ribs, calculating the worktable's guideway span and providing a wide bearing surface to ensure good dynamic level accuracy even under maximum load.
Spindle Box Design: The spindle box features a square cross-section design, with the machine head's center of gravity evenly close to the column to achieve better motion accuracy and cutting capability.
Column Structure: An extra-large column structure and base support surface ensure excellent structural rigidity.
II.High-Precision Performance Mechanism
Screws and Bearings: Three axes use C3-grade ball screws paired with P4-grade angular contact bearings.
Transmission System: The X/Y/Z axes use direct coupling transmission with couplings, providing excellent feed thrust and rigidity for the entire machine.
Spindle Cooling System: The spindle uses a forced automatic cooling system, significantly reducing thermal displacement and extending its service life.
Spindle Bearings: The spindle uses high-rigidity P4-grade precision bearings, ensuring excellent dynamic accuracy and service life.
III.User-Friendly Design
Safety Protection: Various safety splash guards and cutting fluid systems can be provided according to customer needs, compliant with CE standards, etc.
Machine Tool Design: The machine tool features a front-opening door, providing an extra-large opening space for easy workpiece installation or removal.
Coordinate Feedback System: The absolute coordinate feedback system ensures accurate absolute coordinates even in the event of power failure or abnormal operation, without the need to restart or return to the origin.
IV.Compact and Stable Structure Design
Compact High-Strength Enclosed Structure: The bed and column form an enclosed structure, with super-strong bed rigidity effectively reducing machine vibration, increasing machining stability, and improving machining accuracy.
Compact High-Capacity Tool Magazine Design: When using an HSK-E40 spindle, the tool magazine capacity is up to 32 tools, perfectly meeting the needs for the number of tools in automated production.
Modular Symmetrical Design: The symmetrical design allows for combinations of two or four machines, minimizing the footprint of automated production lines as much as possible.

Automated Production Line Introduction
The automated electrode processing unit consists of one X-Worker 20S automation cell from XUETAI, paired with two GM series graphite machining centers. The cell is equipped with an intelligent electrode storage, with a capacity of 105 electrode positions and 20 tool positions. Robots are available from FANUC or XUETAI customized, with a load capacity of 20kg.
