Introduction:

This machine is a specialized graphite machining machine, featuring a gantry-style structure where the worktable remains stationary, and the other three axes are positioned above it. The dust collection port is located at the rear of the worktable, which maximally reduces the damage caused by graphite dust to the machine’s linear guides and ball screws, significantly increasing the product’s lifespan and precision. The position of the dust collection port also effectively collects airborne graphite dust, minimizing harm to operating personnel.

I.High Rigidity Structure Configuration

X-axis Design: Adopts a full-stroke rail support design, greatly enhancing structural stability and anti-vibration performance. The X/Y axes use Taiwan high-rigidity, high-precision roller-type linear guideways, and the Z-axis uses high-precision roller types to provide high rigidity while maintaining strong response characteristics.

Environmental Protection Design: The oil-water separation structure design allows for centralized collection of guideway oil, meeting environmental protection requirements and extending the service life of the cutting coolant.

Automated Production Line Introduction
The automated electrode processing unit consists of one X-Worker 20S automation cell from XUETAI, paired with two GM series graphite machining centers. The cell is equipped with an intelligent electrode storage, with a capacity of 105 electrode positions and 20 tool positions. Robots are available from FANUC or XUETAI customized, with a load capacity of 20kg.
