OTURN GT Series Medium and High Speed Milling Machines are designed for efficient precision machining, particularly well-suited for applications such as precision mold making and large aluminum alloy product processing. These machines feature robust structures and advanced technologies to ensure exceptional accuracy and stability, making them an ideal choice for modern manufacturing.
The GT Series comes standard with a BBT40 direct-drive mechanical spindle, boasting speeds up to 12000 RPM, exhibiting extremely high stability during high-speed machining to meet your dual demands for processing efficiency and quality. The three-axis roller linear guide design ensures that the machine tool has high rigidity and high stability, providing a solid foundation for high-precision machining. At the same time, the standard ball screw nut cooling system can effectively control the accuracy loss caused by thermal elongation of the ball screw, further improving machining accuracy.
To meet diverse production needs, the GT Series also offers an optional fully enclosed guard, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also effectively protects the operating environment from pollution by cutting fluids and oil vapors, protecting the health and safety of operators. The integrated beam design significantly enhances the overall stability of the machine. The lightweight design of the moving parts gives the machine a higher dynamic response, enabling it to handle tasks requiring high dynamic performance, such as precision mold finishing.
In addition, the GT Series offers a variety of optional configurations, such as an 18000 (20000) RPM electric spindle, which can significantly improve the surface finish of machined parts, meeting your higher requirements for product appearance. The optional center water outlet function greatly enhances the efficiency of drilling processes during product machining, shortening production cycles and reducing production costs.
● Adopting fixed-beam gantry structure design, each casting part is arranged with a large number of reinforcing bars to ensure high rigidity, high precision and high stability of the structure.
● The one-piece beam design and large cross section of the beam can provide stronger cutting stability of the spindle box.
