• Cooling chip tank components are mainly used for cooling, cleaning and chip flushing during machining.

• The spindle housing unit component is the rotating part of the machine tool, which is mainly composed of the spindle box casting body, the spindle assembly, the loosening knife system and the spindle motor.

• Vertical column Z-axis , which is mainly composed of the column casting body, the driving screw, the sliding guide, the Z-axis protective cover and the Z-axis energy chain.

• The transverse sliding seat component is the left and right horizontal axis of the equipment, that is, the X-axis, which is mainly composed of the casting body of the transverse sliding seat, the driving screw, the sliding guide, the X-axis left protective cover, the X-axis right protective cover and the X-axis energy chain.

• The bed parts are the whole equipment base and the front and rear axes of the equipment, that is, the Y-axis, which are mainly composed of the bed casting body, the driving screw rod, the sliding guide rail, the Y-axis front protective cover and the Y-axis rear protective cover.

• The tool magazine component is the tool repository of the machine, which can help the machine to realize the automatic tool change action. It is mainly composed of the main body of the tool magazine, the tool magazine bracket and the tool magazine adjustment parts.
