Machine Features
1.This CNC pipe thread lathe is newly designed.
2.The bed is made of original three-layer wall structure, and the rear wall is arranged with 12° slope. The width of the guide rail of the bed is 550mm. It is super-audio quenched and precision grounded to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine.
3.The integral gearbox type spindle unit, two-speed inverter, stepless in the gear; the main motor is Beijing CTB spindle servo motor, which not only meets the requirements of thread finishing, but also achieves efficient cutting. It is completely different from the CNC lathe that has been modified on the basis of ordinary lathes.
4.The application of quenching precision grinding gears and high-quality bearings ensures that the machine noise is good.
5.The headstock adopts a strong external circulation cooling lubrication system, which not only reduces the temperature rise of the spindle, but also effectively keeps the headstock clean and lubricated.
6.The X and Z axes adopt high-precision ball screw direct drive and lead screw prestressed tension structure. The Z-axis screw nut hanger is an integral casting structure. The guide rail is attached with YT soft belt. The width of the bed saddle skateboard is 300mm and the length is 550mm. Generally, the size of this type of machine is 280 and 480mm, which improves the guiding precision and the precision of the machine tool, and effectively improves the service life of the machine.
7.The main drive gear of the machine tool is manufactured by SMTCL; the protective sheet metal is designed independently and made of standard cold-rolled steel plate.
